Four Associates Join Las Olas Branch

Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell (EWM) Realty has added four new associates to their team.

The residential real estate fim and affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate for Miami-Dade and Boward counties, is proud to announce that, Deborah Steiner, Micheal Florenco, Peter Angelopoulos and Patrick Cantell, have joined the company’s Las Olas branch, located at 1700 East las Olas Boulevard, Suite 103.

Deborah Steiner is new to Florida and hails from New York where she worked in the fashion merchandising, design and brand management for around 20 years. she received her bachelor of arts in fashion design from Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science.

Michael Florenco, originally from New York, has lived in Florida for 22 years and has been an active member of law enforcement for the past 13 years. He received his real estate association pre-license in 2011 from Gold Coast School of Real Estae in Tamarac, Florida.

Peter Angelopoulos also a New York native, has lived in Florida for the last nine years and  joins EWM from Florida Fine Cars where he worked as a sales manager for several months.

Patrick Cantrell has lived in Florida for the last two years where he has worked as the head coach for Hammerhead USA, a not-for-profit swim team operating out of Sunrise Middle School in Ft. Lauderdale. He earned his degree from the University of Texas.
