Miami Beach May no longer be the sandiest beach in Florida – new construction in Hallandale and Hollywood beach has attracted foreign money and residents who may have been feeling a bit crowded from the Miami Beach area.

A front-runner of the luxury cycle in South Broward is The Related Group’s Apogee Beach project, which was the first new development in South Florida to break ground in over four years and features a 49-unit oceanfront tower.
