Cervera Real Estate Launches Social Media App

by admin

The Miami-based luxury condominium and real estate sales and marketing company, Cervera Real Estate, recently launched a new Facebook application that allows users to search, view and share local home listings. The application was developed by SocialKandy, a Miami-based and privately owned company that specializes in designing social media applications.
The application, named “Social Property Search,” is found on Cervera’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/CerveraRE. The app lets users perform in-depth searches on local listings that bring up detailed results, including information on number of bedrooms, price range, amenities, etc. Users can also use the app to search for a specific MLS property as well.
What really differentiates Cervera’s app from other MLS search engines is the social media and networking component of the program. Users are able to select up to three properties from their search and share them with family and friends. The user’s Facebook friends can then vote on which property they think is the best one.
“Whether it’s for your mansion facing the ocean or your first loft in the city, you’re going to want to share the properties you’re considering as you make the decision to purchase,” said CEO of Cervera Real Estate, Veronica Cervera Goeseke. “Now you can select your favorite properties and talk about the options without ever leaving Facebook.”
Social Property Search will provide valuable data and analytical support to Cervera as well. Co-Founder and Managing Parttner of SocailKandy, Pablo Ceron, is enthusiastic about the application’s launch and believes it will be well received by the public. “We are excited to see how Cervera, a dominant leader in the real estate industry, has embraced social media as an integral part of their marketing efforts, and we look forward to witnessing their success.”
