Big news for Miami Realtors and buyers–TECKpert, the Miami-based internet provider, has launched a condo IDX Website solution for agents.

With TECKpert’s new IDX website, agents will be able to insert available condo listings directly into their websites. Condo projects and detailed listing descriptions can be featured directly on a Realtor’s website, drawing potential buyers straight to the agent.

Packages for Realtors, which include pre-built themes and custom designed solutions, can be purchased for as little as $49 per month. This cost includes hosting and e-mail services. The website solution is for use by real estate companies and individual agents.

The WordPress-powered website allows agents to share with their clients information such as condo descriptions, neighborhood information, market statistics, and images of the properties, allowing the user to make an informed decision without having to necessarily visit the property in person.

By sending clients directly to their own websites rather than elsewhere, Realtors will capture more business leads for themselves. The website allows thousands of property listings to be brought directly from the realtor’s website to the potential buyer.
