What was your most difficult sale, and how did you succeed?
Working in-house sales trying to give a presentation in Spanglish. In the end, I managed to sell them on the project [and they purchased] a unit for $1.7 million.
What was your worst job, and what did you learn from it?
I’ve never had a bad real estate job because I’m always in charge
of my own business.
What has been your greatest accomplishment?
Being able to hold active licenses in Miami and New York enables me to travel back and forth, which keeps me busy.
Where would you like to be in five years, professionally?
Making five times what I’m earning now
