Prior to joining Prudential Florida Realty, Mesa owned his own real estate brokerage that he ultimately sold to NRT, which operated Coldwell Banker offices in Florida. He then served as Miami-Dade District Manager with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. He has more than 27 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Mesa is a Certified Real Estate Broker (CRB) and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). He currently serves as a National Association of Realtors (NAR) director and a Florida Association of Realtors (FAR) director. He also serves on FAR’s legislative and political forum, strategic planning committee, international operations committee, public policy committee, Realtor-attorney committee and board leadership forum. Mesa also served as a director of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).

He previously served as a member of the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates National Advisory Board and is a member of the Apex Group, representing the top 15 companies in the Prudential Network.

Under Mesa’s leadership, Florida Real Estate Services has raised more than $1.3 Million dollars for the Sunshine Kids and has been the Prudential Network’s No. 1 fundraiser. The Sunshine Kids Foundation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing positive group activities and emotional support for young cancer patients.
