Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate recently announced that Brittany Morgan, daughter of Nina Betancourt-Morgan, a sales associate at the company’s Coral Gables San Remo office, has been awarded a $1,000 scholarship by the Coldwell Banker College Scholarship Program. Brittany graduated with honors from Coral Reef High School where she was vice president of the speech and debate team. She will attend the University of Chicago.

The annual Coldwell Banker College Scholarship Program recognizes the achievement of the children and grandchildren of the company’s employees and associates. To be considered for the scholarship, the student must be a high school senior who intends to seek a degree in higher education. In addition, the student must have maintained a 3.2 or better GPA throughout high school. The scholarship program presents a scholarship in each of the regions throughout Florida.
