Keller Williams Names Rodriguez as Development Director

Keller Williams Realty Premier Properties has announced the addition of Pablo Rodriguez to its team as development director. Rodriguez will be in charge of the portfolio of condo conversion and pre-construction projects that Keller Williams currently has in development, as well as creating workable strategies for investors and developers interested in future projects.

Rodriguez has worked on a long list of pre-construction projects and condo conversions including Downtown Doral, Eloquence on the Bay, Nautica on the River, Avanti and Gables Court. At these developments, located all over Dade and Broward counties, he was responsible for sales and marketing locally, and often internationally to such countries as Spain, Italy, England and all over Latin America.

Rodriguez will work on marketing and sales at the existing pre-construction projects that Keller Williams has such as Treasures on the Bay in North Bay Village, Wellington Manor in Kendall, a project in River Country, North Carolina, at that same time focusing on strategies for future development.

Keller Williams offers developers a complete international network with affiliates and strategic alliances in South America, including business hubs like Buenos Aires, Caracas, Bogota, Sao Pablo, Santiago de Chile and Quito. Its network extends into Europe as well, in places like Madrid, London, Rome and Paris.

Rodriguez has over 10 years of experience in real estate sales, with his primary focus on marketing and sales of pre-construction projects. He also has a degree in architecture from Miami-Dade College and worked for 10 years as an architect for Chris Murray Architects Inc. His experience in architecture, remodeling and construction helped him transition into pre-construction sales, as he was able to conceptualize the finished product and communicate that clients.
