Angela Paniagua, broker/owner of Dadeland West Realty, has merged her brokerage with Kendall-based Keller Williams Realty Premier Properties. After deciding that now was the time for her firm of eight licensed salespeople to join forces with a larger company, she interviewed several franchises before ultimately deciding upon Keller Williams.

Often in a transitioning market it makes economic sense for companies to join forces in an effort to keep costs down and keep the sales force motivated. Paniagua and her agents will be able to take advantage of the educational programs and seminars that are part of the Keller Williams culture, which places a heavy emphasis on high level training.
