mFm Construction announced the launch of Lincoln Park, a townhome community located in the heart of Hollywood. Lincoln Park will be developed in phases on three parcels of land — located between 22nd and 23rd avenues on Lincoln Street, directly across from the actual Lincoln Park and a soon-to-be-developed public elementary school — and just steps away from downtown Hollywood. Additional developer incentives include more than $30,000 in buyer benefits, such as first-year property taxes and maintenance fees, as well as $10,000 in closing costs, to be paid by mFm Construction.
The fully-finished Lincoln Park residences will come equipped with modern Italian-style kitchen cabinetry; stainless steel appliances; granite in kitchens and baths; 10-foot ceilings and marble floors in the living room, with nine-and-one-half-foot ceilings throughout; private patio; and tinted, energy-efficient impact-resistant windows and sliding doors. Lincoln Park residents have access to a neighborhood park that is walking distance from the community that features lighted basketball, racquetball and bacci ball courts, a playground, ballpark and wide-open green spaces. The community also neighbors a new elementary school, to be built directly across the street.
