What was your first job in the realty industry?
My first job in real estate was in a very nice and busy office on the beautiful Lincoln Road. I had a great time starting in the industry, and I met nice people from all over the world.
Who inspires you and why?
I am inspired by every strong and independent woman who changes our world a little bit with her daily work, her beliefs and her will power: women like Hillary Clinton.
What is your favorite free-time activity?
My favorite free-time activity is enjoying beautiful Miami Beach and activities like swimming, shopping and listening to good music.
How did you learn the business?
Learning by doing, which is, in my point of view, the best way to profoundly learn a new profession
What was the last good movie you saw or book you read?
The last good movie I saw was “Duplex” with Drew Barrymore and Ben Stiller.
What is your favorite restaurant?
My favorite restaurant is Houston’s in Aventura. The food and the service are excellent. Besides that, I love Indian food.
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Miami?
My favorite building in Miami is The Setai.
What kind of car do you drive?
I drive a silver Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo.
BlackBerry, Palm or paper—and why?
I prefer to use my new Motorola Razr cellphone for my phone calls and my Apple computer for my e-mails; I don’t like to mix things.
What is your favorite city after Miami?
After Miami, it is definitely New York.
What is your personal motto?
Work like you don’t need the money, dance like no one is watching and love like you’ve never been hurt.

Take my personal motto into consideration and, of course, always make honest business so that you can look your clients in the eye anytime.
