Together, the two have cultivated a reputation for integrity, transparency and a client-centric approach.

Ulloa has been instrumental in the explosive growth of the South Florida real estate industry by impacting the lives of countless agents through her commitment to mentoring. With 19 year in the industry, she started Luxe Properties 13 years ago. It has since grown to include almost 700 agents in eight offices.

With a rich background shaped by extensive travel and firsthand experience with diverse cultures, Arteta brings a unique global perspective. “My deep understanding of various customs and lifestyles enables me to connect and understand the needs of clients from all over the world,” she says.

With a passion for helping others achieve the American dream, Ulloa and Arteta always seek to grow their business in new and exciting ways. This year, Luxe Properties will add two more locations in Broward County.

Actively involved in several industry organizations, Ulloa serves on the corporate board of the Miami Association of Realtors, while Arteta sits on its residential board. Past board presidents of the Miami Association of Realtors Young Professionals Network, they are also among its “20 Under 40” honorees — Ulloa in 2020, and Arteta in 2023.

Each month, the duo gives back to the community by supporting different charities through Luxe Cares.
