Rosy Allen, Owner, Property Manager, Coach

Gibson Group Management & The Property Coaches

With a career path that began in loan processing and led to real estate and property management, Rosy Allen (formerly Rosy Baron) is committed to providing personalized, top-level service to her clients while coaching other property managers and rental owners to do the same.

For Allen, excellent customer service begins with understanding the client’s goals. “Whether for property management or coaching, it is important to take the time to learn what direction the client wants to take and where they see themselves in two to five years and beyond,” she says. “Keeping that vision in mind for the customer is imperative to a successful relationship.”

As her own South Florida property management business grew from 60 to 600 residential and commercial units over 12 years, Allen saw an unmet need in the field for better training and support. This year, she launched The Property Coaches, a company that supports managers and property owners in the business of rental management. “There is a lack of training in this business, and that can easily create loss of income and increase liability,” she explains. “My goal is to help those looking to get into property management and those looking to manage their own rental properties.”

Her extensive experience allows her to serve property management clients and coaching clients equally well. Property management clients know that no matter what the situation, Allen and her team will have it under control. When new situations arise for coaching clients, they are confident that she will offer solutions and next steps.

Energized by her passion for property management, Allen is excited to share her knowledge with others. “This business doesn’t have to be a mystery,” she says. “Helping a colleague will get you further than burning bridges and closing doors, and that is what I look forward to every day.”
