Earning an undergraduate degree in architectural engineering from the University of Miami, Krista Richman has always had a love for architecture and real estate. After a few years working in the entertainment industry, she went back to her roots in the world of construction, this time choosing the more personable side of the industry by pursuing a career in real estate. For the past 13 years, she has served residential clients in the Miami, Edgewater, Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale areas with impeccable care, with a focus on new construction. From 2018 to 2021, Richman worked as sales director at the Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach, where she was named New Manager of the Year and earned a spot as a top producer each year.
Richman is currently vice president of sales at Aria Reserve, which is valued at $1.6 billion. “I am grateful to represent such a massive and unique project,” she says. “It is a wonderful opportunity to sell this project to buyers who are locals, international buyers or Americans who are calling Miami home for the first time.”
To her clients, Richman is known as a full-service problem-solver. Distinguishing qualities such as expert market knowledge and a warm, hands-on approach set her apart. The positive feedback she receives is underscored by the fact that many of her clients are real estate professionals themselves.
Richman enjoyed a very successful year in 2022, producing $92 million in transactions. She also holds membership in the Master Brokers Forum and the Greater Miami chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association of America, and is on the 2023 board of directors for the Miami Association of Realtors’ Young Professionals Network (YPN Miami). She and other board members recently recorded the first season of the Miami YPN PRO podcast, available on YouTube. On the podcast’s very first episode, she can be found sharing her expertise in new construction.
A newlywed who recently tied the knot in the Bahamas, Richman looks forward to another successful year.
