Eric Firestone provides his clients with the best possible service and remains fully committed, from the beginning to the end of every transaction. As a Realtor-Associate for Elite Ocean View Realty, Firestone works with a variety of residential buyers, sellers and renters, specializing in the luxury markets in Coral Gables, South Miami, Pinecrest and the surrounding areas. He also headed up the opening of the South Miami/Dadeland office branch of Elite Ocean View Realty and currently serves as its manager.

“A real estate purchase or sale is, for most people, one of the largest investments in their lives,” he says. “It takes time and persistence, so it’s important for me to be a sounding board for my clients’ concerns and stay calm and patient as they navigate this emotional process.” Known for his honesty and dedication, Firestone takes time to get to know every customer in order to find them the right home that fits their lifestyle.

Before becoming a Realtor, Firestone expanded an award-winning choir program at South Miami Middle School and continues to serve as the Director of Choral Activities. “Coming from the education profession, it had always been my goal to help people,” he says, noting that the transition to real estate allows him to continue teaching and empowering individuals.

In 2017, Firestone doubled his business and published three books aimed at sellers, specifically those dealing with expired listings and those selling their own property without outside help. Hoping to clarify what an agent’s role is in a transaction, Firestone focused his books on educating customers and managing their expectations.

Firestone has a Short Sale and Foreclosure certification and is a certified Military Relocation Professional. In 2017, he earned the 5-Star Award from Broker Agent Advisory and was featured as a Top Agent in Top Agent Magazine. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Realtors Association, the Miami Association of Realtors, the Florida Vocal Association and the National Association of Music Education.

Besides real estate, Firestone’s greatest passions are his wife, music, fashion and food. “A beautiful night out would be enjoying delicious food with my wife followed by a night at the theater, and, of course, getting dressed up to do so.”
