J. Milton & Associates announced it has topped off Tower Three of St. Tropez, at 19 stories. The other two towers that make up this waterfront community in Sunny Isles Beach were topped off in March of this year, at 20 stories each. Delivery of Tower One is expected in the spring of 2009, Tower Two next August and Tower Three in the fourth quarter 2009. Diego Medina of 4D Construction noted that 60 percent of the project is complete.
The developer has also unveiled a new broker incentive program for St. Tropez. Brokers receive 6 percent commission on sales through Nov. 27, 2008 plus, for every two sales made, they receive a free two-year lease on a 2008 Jaguar XK Sport Coupe.
The 286-unit condominium, designed by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design and Eduardo Castineira at Axioma3 Architects, is located at 200 Sunny Isles Blvd. on the last waterfront parcel on the Intracoastal, across from the beach. St. Tropez’s proposed marina is just one mile from the inlet to the Atlantic Ocean. The base of the three modern, Italian-style towers will be part of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Towne Center, and will feature upscale shopping and dining in a pedestrian-friendly environment with a Mediterranean village ambiance.
