PMG and LNDMRK Development on May 28 hosted a launch party to celebrate the opening of the sales gallery for the Twenty Sixth & 2nd Wynwood Residences boutique condominium development.
Guests enjoyed cocktails and food from local restaurants and watched a live mural painting at the gallery, which is located at 1018 N Miami Ave. They were also able to take a virtual tour of the project through a metareality experience.
Twenty Sixth & 2nd, located at 2600 NW 2nd Ave., will have 233 fully furnished residences, some with dedicated office suites. Backers said this first-of-its-kind project will allow owners to host their homes and offices 365 days a year on Airbnb.
