The Cipriani Residences Miami going up in the Brickell neighborhood recently listed a penthouse for an eye-popping $32 million.
The five-bedroom, six-and-a-half bathroom triplex is one of six penthouses in the tower’s Canaletto Collection, an assemblage of 74 premium residences on the top 18 floors of the 80-story supertall, which will have a total of 397 one- to four-bedroom condos starting at $1.7 million. Another penthouse sold for almost $30 million last year.
Penthouse 3 offers a wealth of luxury features, including priority access to the residents-only Cipriani speakeasy and dining spaces, private elevator lobby with two elevators, global concierge services and custom finish and furniture packages available for purchase from 1508 London, which designed the tower.
The 6,000-square-foot residence, which will be on the top three floors, offers views of Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean and Key Biscayne. Other features include a double-height great room, family room and game room with a wet bar and table tennis, as well as a 3,000-square-foot rooftop terrace with an infinity-edge swimming pool and summer kitchen.
