A groundbreaking ceremony marked progress on North Development’s Domus Brickell Center. The 35-story tower will feature 579 furnished residences. At a Sept. 10 reception held at the project site at 1034 SW 2nd Ave., North Development founding partners Ricardo Dunin and Juan Carlos Tassara made remarks to guests, who enjoyed drinks and hors d’oeuvres.
