On Wednesday, Aug. 5 from 7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m., YOO at Metropica, the first of eight towers at Metropica the 65-acre master planned community in Sunrise, hosted an event at the sales gallery with brokers and prospective buyers. Throughout the evening, guests indulged in live music entertainment, passed hors d’oeuvres and enjoyed a special welcome drink. Joseph Kavana, CEO of KGH International Development LLC and developer for the master planned community welcomed guests for this fun-filled evening at the meticulously deigned sales gallery in west Broward.
