The Joule House multifamily community in Wynwood opened in June, bringing 308 luxury apartments to Miami’s arts district. To pay homage to the project’s vibrant environment, the developer, Fisher Brothers, collaborated with art-tech platform Wxllspace to add over 20 original murals from local artists to public spaces. Participants included Dasic Fernández, Nico, Remote, Mr. June, Abstrk, BK Foxx, Chnk, Disem, Golden, Grabster, Hiero Veiga, Hoxxoh, Jose Felix Perez, Krave, Nate Dee, Quake, Rage Johnson, Ruben Ubiera and Tati Suarez.
