Developer Russell Galbut, whose GFO Investments is behind the upcoming 14 ROC condominium tower in downtown Miami, and other local leaders recently participated in Front Row Seat to 2027 – Miami’s Evolving Urban Renaissance.
The panel discussion, held at the 14 ROC sales gallery, focused on two major projects set to go online in 2027: 14 ROC and the I-395 Signature Bridge.
Galbut discussed 14 ROC, while Andrew Frey, director of Miami’s Department of Real Estate & Asset Management, discussed plans for the pedestrian-friendly green spaces that are part of the Signature Bridge project. Cervera Real Estate Managing Partner and Principal Alicia Cervera spoke about how projects like these are transforming the city.
