Going north on Hwy I-575 from Hwy 75: Take a left off Exit 14 and merge onto Marietta Hwy. At the second traffic light, turn left onto Butterworth; it dead-ends at Knox Bridge Hwy. Turn left onto Knox Bridge Hwy (Hwy 20). After four miles, turn right onto Hwy 108. Travel four miles, then turn left into Lake Arrowhead.
