ONE Sotheby International Reports Growth in First-half of 2010, Announces Opening of Four New Offices in 2011

In correspondence with their report of record-breaking growth in the first half of 2010, South Florida’s ONE Sotheby’s International Realty announced this week the opening of four new real estate sales offices by 2011 in Fort Lauderdale, Coral Gables, Miami Beach and Key Biscayne, Florida.

Founded just two years ago by de la Vega, ONE Sotheby’s has quickly expanded to house more than 200 full-time agents, showing a 35 percent increase in sales from 2009. Noteable sales this year include Marquis Residences’ penthouse, Miami at $4.2 million; 55 Palm Avenue, Miami Beach at  $11.9 million; and Cher’s home in Key Biscayne (510 S. Mashta Dr.) for $10.4 million.
