Richard Lamondin has joined International Sales Group (ISG) as head of the firm’s newly established Caribbean Division. Although ISG has had an international broker network since its inception 15 years ago, the company decided to focus specifically on the Caribbean market. ISG has recently earned exclusive representation of several projects in Panama and Puerto Rico with Donald Trump and seeks to expand its reach into other destination markets.

Lamondin’s expertise in master planned communities is helping shape the positioning of projects such as Trump International Golf Club in Puerto Rico and Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, which sits on 100 beach-side acres just outside of Panama City, Panama. Throughout his 30-year career in Canada and the United States, Lamondin has been involved with 73 residential buildings, producing more than 12,000 units with sales revenues approaching $5 billion dollars. Before joining ISG, Lamondin was president of Cornerstone Premier Communities, and was previously president of both Coscan Florida and Williams Island Associates. These exclusive lifestyle rich communities offered marinas, spas, tennis, golf and commercial facilities.
