Partridge Family-star David Cassidy is singing the foreclosure blues in Fort Lauderdale.

There have been many celebrity victims of the housing downturn, and a new article from Zillow is reporting that Partridge Family alum David Cassidy is facing foreclosure on his 34th-floor penthouse in the Los Olas River House in Fort Lauderdale.

Apparently, Cassidy was unable to meet his bank halfway, and the former teen star has agreed to surrender the $1.35 million property to the bank within the next three months – clearly, this is a condo that wants to be wanted.

Cassidy has lived in Florida since the ’80s, and initially, he was defiant to the banks foreclosure filings, which first came about two years ago and were labeled “predatory” by the singer.

Maybe he could try to reconcile with the bank and tell them, “I Think I Love You”?
