Chicago’s Main Street Organization of REALTORS® selected the winners, who will be honored with a ceremony in early 2026. 

Rate has been named the “Best Mortgage Lender” of June 2025 by Fortune for its “smooth online mortgage experience,” including its innovative digital tools and array of loan options. 

The winners helped the Florida brokerage grow its annual sales by 29% last year. 

The Swanepoel Power 200, compiled by residential real estate management consulting and research firm T3 Sixty, names the most influential leaders in the industry. 

The Inman Innovator Awards selected the association from more than 300 nominees. 

The Main Street Organization of REALTORS® in Chicago selected this year’s winners, who will be honored in a ceremony in early 2025. 

Premier Sotheby’s International Realty agent Patrick O’Connor was recognized for his numerous philanthropic contributions since moving to Naples in 1994. 

The individual advisors are Kim Price, Paul Arpin and Karen Van Arsdale, and the top teams are The Michelle Thomas Team and the Schemmel Soda Group. 

The list includes 206 originators from Guaranteed Rate in the top dollar volume category, and 220 originators in the most loans closed rankings. 

The Swanepoel Power 200, or SP 200, annual ranking of the most-powerful and influential leaders in residential real estate has been released.
