Miami-based real estate agency Zilbert International Realty has been selected as the sales and marketing company of France’s historic Chateau de Charbonnieres, which is currently listed at $37 million.

The private property sits on 79 acres of land, and boasts a total living space of 33,000 square-feet. In addition to its 15 bedrooms and bathrooms, the chateau also houses a variety of other rooms such as a ballroom, library, grand rooms and dining rooms, in addition to other modernizations that was included in a four-year renovation and restoration project that started in 2007.

Though some of the chateau’s original features were restored in the project, World Property Channel further reports that the chateau’s, “150 windows, electrical systems, plumbing systems and other infrastructure were entirely removed and replaced,” and even brought up to today’s technological standards by adding Internet hotspots throughout various locations in the chateau.

Located in Loire Valley of France, the chateau was originally constructed as a castle that dates back to the 15th century. Further additions were made to the castle in the 15th and 19th centuries, resulting in what is now the chateau. The property also includes a forest, rivers, a lake, horse stables, a French garden and even an orange grove.
