Fortune Christie’s International Real Estate in Miami recently entered a strategic partnership with Tyler Tuchow of Kensington & Company Real Estate in Fort Lauderdale.
The arrangement “marks a natural progression in Fortune Christie’s northward expansion,” the firm said in an announcement, adding that it is opening a new office on Las Olas Boulevard.
Tuchow is the managing partner of the new office, which is located at 1038 East Las Olas Blvd. and marks Fortune Christie’s 21st location. The office is already operating under the new partnership and will undergo renovations with a grand opening to take place upon completion this fall.
“Fort Lauderdale represents a key milestone in our strategic growth,” Edgardo Defortuna, CEO of Fortune International Group, said in a press release. “By establishing this office in a pivotal market, we not only build on our past successes but also enhance our portfolio in South Florida. This strategic placement offers strong synergies with our planned and existing projects and development sales, bolstering our operations across the region.”
“We were searching for the right strategic partner — one with extensive experience in residential, commercial and pre-construction development sales — and we found it in Tyler Tuchow,” said Ruth Palma, vice president of sales and managing broker of Fortune Christie’s. “Partnering with Tyler and Kensington & Company not only enhances our capabilities but also broadens our expansion possibilities. Their local knowledge, coupled with our extensive network, forms an unparalleled force.”
