Sales are underway at a 32-story tower catering to young professionals and growing families in the SoLe Mia master-planned community in North Miami.
ONE Park Tower by Turnberry will offer one- to three-bedroom units and penthouses, from 900 to 2,100 square feet. Pricing starts at $500,000.
Residents will have beach access to the swimmable lagoon at the center of the complex. Other amenities will include a private pool, pickleball courts, fitness center and spa and massage facilities. There will also be a library, event rooms, wine room, children’s playroom, gated entry, 24-hour security and garage parking.
“South Florida lacks locations developed specifically for growing families and young professionals, and we intend to deliver just that,” said Carlos Rosso, founder and CEO of Rosso Development, which is partnering with Turnberry Development on the project.
The master-planned community will include parks and trails and be within walking distance of retail, restaurants and the University of Miami UHealth Medical Center currently under construction.
