On Nov. 14, 2016, the Miami Chapter of Master Broker Forum added two long time members, Ivory Cooks and Karen Matluck, as the newest members of its advisory board.

An agent with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Coral Gables office, Cooks has more than 25 years of experience in the industry. He is also among the top 3 percent of Coldwell Banker agents in the world and a recipient of the International President Elite. Cook also serves as the director for Florida International University’s Jerome Baine Real Estate Institute.

Matluck is a broker-associate with ICS Realty, a 30-agent firm she co-owns and operates with her husband. Not only does she bring 36 years of experience to the advisory board, but also her languages skill. Besides English, Matluck is fluent in Spanish and French, as well as some Hebrew. Matluck’s excellence was recognized by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing when she was awarded the designation of CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist).
