- 4.4 bedrooms
- 4.5 bathrooms
- 5,380 square feet
A dream home is also rare. Only about .65 percent percent of all homes listed with Homefinder qualify for ‘dream home’ status.
The states with the most dream homes are:
- New Jersey with 3 percent
- Florida with 2 percent
- Massachusetts with 2 percent
- New York with 1.80 percent
- California with 1.60 percent
The states with the most expensive dream home prices are:
- Hawaii, at an average of $2.955 million.
- New York, at $2.631 million.
- Florida at $2.517 million.
- Connecticut at $2.378 million.
- California at $2.325 million.
The states with the least expensive dream homes are:
- Maine at an average of $1.047 million.
- Iowa at $1.085 million.
- Vermont at $1.175 million.
- Arkansas at $1.222 million.
