International Sales Group (ISG) welcomes Raquel Kaufman to their team as their Senior Sales Executive.

Due to Kaufman’s consistent success and strength in the South American market, ISG has asked her to assist with the sale of the final four units of Apogee Beach, The Related Group’s luxury beachfront property in Hollywood.

Philip J. Spiegelman, the principal of ISG, said the firm is anticipating having Kaufman on board.

“We are honored to have such a contemporary professional on-board, one who knows the current market and truly understands today’s buyer,” Spiegelman said.

Raquel Kaufman – Real Estate and D’lites of Hollywood

Kaufman began her career at Turnberry International Realty, working on-site at one of Aventura’s largest new properties, The Atrium. She also assisted in selling the final units at Turnberry Village.

After continued success in Aventura, Kaufman saw the impending real estate crash and decided to focus her energies elsewhere, opening an ice cream shop, “D’lites of Hollywood,” with her husband.

Once the shop was up and running, she went back to Real Estate, working on projects such as Peninsula II and Tera Beach side (where she successfully sold 40 percent of the inventory, including a 22-unit bulk deal to two Venezuelan brothers). She then joined the sales team at Canyon Ranch, where she specialized in persistent sales to South American and North East buyers.
