Veteran agent Valerie Quemada has joined Coldwell Banker Realty’s Coral Gables office.  

Quemada began her real estate career in 2003 as an agent at Coldwell Banker and went on to work at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Most recently, she served as director of luxury sales at Address Real Estate. 

“I took my very first step into real estate with Coldwell Banker, the real estate leader in training and innovation,” Quemada wrote on LinkedIn. “For a decade, I called the Pinecrest office home, before setting out to explore new horizons with other brokerages over the years. Now, life has brought me full circle — back to Coldwell Banker, this time with the Coral Gables office.” 

Quemada holds a degree in international relations from Florida International University, and graduated Phi Theta Kappa from Miami-Dade College’s ABA-accredited paralegal program, specializing in estate planning, probate and real estate law. She has chaired the Coral Gables Property Advisory Board and served as chair of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce’s Business and Government Affairs Committee.
