Invitation Homes Inc. acquired Atlanta-based company ResiBuilt. The build-to-rent developer has delivered over 4,200 homes throughout Georgia, Florida and the Carolinas since 2018.

Invitation Homes paid $89 million for the company in addition to a maximum of $7.5 million in potential payments, according to a press release.

ResiBuilt’s current 70 associates and president, Jay Byce, will stay with the brand.
