Kadima Developers broke ground on Seven Park Residences, a luxury 124-unit development that will cost $70 million. Located at 218-220 SE Seventh St., the project will face Peter Bluesten Park.

Seven Park’s 124 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units will offer between 500 and 1,645 square feet. The mixed-use building will also include 4,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Plans for the wellness-themed project include a pool, cabanas, fitness center, wellness spa and sauna.

“The commencement of construction is a testament to the strong market demand for high-quality, attainable living in South Florida,” said Joseph Melul, managing partner of Kadima Developers. “This development will not only create hundreds of construction jobs but will also inject new commercial vitality into Hallandale Beach, contributing significantly to the growth and prosperity of this neighborhood.”
