PMG, Lion Development Group and LNDMRK Development broke ground on ONE W12, a development set to deliver 372 residences and a quick-serve restaurant.

Located in historic Overtown, ONE W12 will feature fully furnished studio and one-bedroom apartments and a limited collection of one-, two- and three-bedroom townhomes. Plans for the project feature a rooftop garden, pool, fitness center and art collections. PMG Residential is leading sales at ONE W12, which is already 97% sold.

The building will house Vibe BBQ, a restaurant from celebrity chef and eight-time James Beard Foundation award winner Marcus Samuelsson.
