Regency Development Group has started sales at Regency Park, a 24-townhome community slated for Fort Lauderdale’s Victoria Park neighborhood.

The development, designed by architect Kobi Karp, will be located on 16th Avenue between 8th and 9th streets. Groundbreaking is expected in the fourth quarter. The Coloney Group at Keyes is leading sales and marketing.

The townhomes start at $1.9 million and come in three trim levels. Residences offer three to four bedrooms and span 2,930 to 3,077 square feet, plus private rooftop terraces and two-car, climate-controlled garages.

Interiors were designed by Arhidiza and include 10-foot ceilings, private elevators, Miele appliances with built-in coffee systems and smart-home automation. Community amenities include a resort-style pool and spa, outdoor kitchen, fitness center and co-working space.

“We are proud to expand our South Florida portfolio with Regency Park,” Regency Managing Partner Michael Troyanovsky said. “More than just a residence, Regency Park represents the pinnacle of modern luxury — combining impeccable design, high-end finishes and a prime location in Victoria Park to deliver an exceptional lifestyle for discerning buyers.”
