Boschetti Realty Group has joined Compass and will operate from the national brokerage’s Coconut Grove office on South Bayshore Drive. 

Boschetti Realty is led by Maurice Boschetti and Silvia Boschetti and includes nine agents covering Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Miami Beach and South Miami.   

Maurice Boschetti founded the firm in late 2019 after becoming a real estate broker. Since then, he has participated in over $500 million worth of transactions, including the recent $30 million purchase of a waterfront property in Miami Beach.
