ONE Sotheby’s agent Farid Moussallem has joined Douglas Elliman and will work out of the brokerage’s Miami Beach office.  

Moussallem has over 23 years of experience in Miami real estate and specializes in luxury and pre-construction properties. In his new role, he will act as a sales executive for the recently launched Delmore luxury tower in Surfside. 

His portfolio of transactions encompasses many of Miami’s top neighborhoods, including Fisher Island, Miami Beach, North Bay Road, The Sunset Islands, Brickell, downtown, Edgewater, Morningside and Bay Point.
