Regency Development Group named Douglas Elliman agents Darin Tansey and Chris Wands to the sales and marketing team for the remaining inventory at its La Maré, Bay Harbour, luxury condominium project in the Bay Harbor Islands.
Tansey and Wands will be joined by Alice Troyanovsky, Florencia Bonder, Camila Steel and Brandon Goldfarb.
The project is approaching $100 million in sales and is 50% sold.
“La Maré has seen remarkable momentum, and we are thrilled with the progress to date,” Regency Vice President of Marketing and Sales Michael Troyanovsky said in a press release.
La Maré is composed of three collections of condos in separate, eight-story buildings — Signature, Regency and Bay — designed by architect Kobi Karp and interior designer Debora Aguiar Arquitetos.
Signature and the newly introduced Bay building each offer nine residences, while Regency will have 33 residences, including two bayfront villas. Regency recently broke ground on phase one, which comprises the Signature and Regency buildings. Work on this phase is expected to wrap up in 2026.
“With its prime location, direct ocean access and thoughtfully crafted residences, La Maré is set to become one of the most desirable addresses in Bay Harbor Islands,” Tansey said.
