I’ve always been in real estate (15 years).

Real estate. I started at 18 years old.

What do you love most about the industry?
Meeting new people everyday, visiting beautiful properties and the thrill of negotiations.

Market cycles
What’s your best advice for generating new leads?
Social media and consistent digital exposure to nurture leads until they are ready to buy/sell.

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?
One seller relocated out of state, got overwhelmed moving her stuff out of the house and refused to close until we found a solution. I had to rent a U-Haul and move everything to a storage unit myself so we were able to close the deal the next day.
What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?
I was born and raised in France, have flipped over 400 houses in four states and host a podcast, REI Tribe.

Barcelona, Spain
In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry?
Work on the high-end market, the workload is similar, but the clients are easier to work with.
