Newgard Development Group and Two Roads Development recently launched condominium sales at The Standard Residences, Brickell at One Brickell Riverfront, a three-tower mixed-use project in the Financial District.
Located at 690 SW 1st Ave., The Standard will offer 422 residences ranging from 500-square-foot studios to 1,100-square-foot, two-bedroom homes. Prices begin at $600,000. The 45-story tower was designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by GOOD.RICH.
“We’ve curated some of the industry’s most talented architects and designers to create a tower that will be striking yet also infuses the existing community and neighborhood,” Newgard Founder and CEO Harvey Hernandez said in a press release . “Newgard, along with Two Roads, is excited to be working with The Standard team on this development that will redefine and create a new era of living for Miami and, more specifically, for Brickell.”
The development is the Standard brand’s second standalone residential project in the United States and follows its Midtown Miami project, which is almost sold out.
Community amenities include a 45th-floor rooftop pool, private-dining summer kitchens, a club lounge and co-working lounge with meeting and Zoom rooms.Tenth-floor amenities include a spa with sunset infinity plunge pools, steam room, saunas, a fitness room, yoga/pilates/dance flex space, bowling alley and lounge, pet spa and screening room. There will also be a signature restaurant and bar on the ninth floor, a riverfront restaurant on the ground floor and concierge services.
ONE Sotheby’s International Realty’s Development Division will lead sales and marketing for the residences.
