
What was your most interesting job before going into real estate?
Hospitality, specifically concierge at The Four Seasons Collection.
Where did you grow up?
Palm Beach, Florida, and Edina, Minnesota.
Growing up, what did you want to be?
A hotel operator/real estate analyst.
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?
Walk locally and study local history/local interests.
If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?
Robert Moses, New York Secretary of State & NYC Commissioner. I would love to know his thought process on his development of the roads, parkways and accessibility of a large city and the functionality of the residents who benefited from it.
Where is South Florida’s best-kept secret?
There’s so many, however a real winner would be the Northwood Corridor of West Palm Beach. The best views of the island and local landmarks all packaged in a lovely historic area. Alba Palm Beach is one of the neighborhood’s projects directly on the water affording the best living/lifestyle.
What do you love most about the industry?
Interfacing with many different personalities, addressing my clients needs/wants and the ever-changing playing field of new development. No two days are the same.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
Call waiting on my iPhone!
What’s your best advice for generating new leads?
Pick up the phone, write the email. Let people know you are open for business and can provide points of value. ASK.
What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?
The Tom Hanks produced (CNN) Decades documentaries, diving into a lot of historical events of each decade.
What’s your favorite meal in South Florida?
I am at Celis Juice Bar in Palm Beach every single morning, and you should be too.
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in South Florida?
That is difficult, I love all of the projects Spina O’Rourke has done, including my current project, Alba Palm Beach. I love the Sun & Surf building in Palm Beach, as well as the Biltmore!
What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?
I am totally desensitized, and nothing phases me anymore.
What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?
I love cars and rotate in and out of them often.
What’s your favorite vacation spot and why?
Outside of living in such a gorgeous area, I love the East End of Long Island and New England/Boston.

Let everyone know what you are up to, put yourself out there.
