Life and business strategist Tony Robbins purchased a penthouse in the Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami, the city’s first supertall tower and the tallest residential building south of Manhattan.

The posh pad offers three bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and a 1,200-square-foot terrace overlooking Miami and the Atlantic Ocean. Aura Aragon of PMG Residential, the in-house brokerage of the developer, PMG, and Rick Teed of The Agency handled the sale. Construction is slated to wrap up in the second quarter of 2028.

“I believe our minds thrive in places that allow us to dream and connect with natural beauty,” Robbins said in a press release. “This new space is the perfect location to witness the ocean’s tranquility while also connecting with Miami’s vibrancy. It’s incredible to be a part of such an extraordinary project.”

In addition to the penthouse, Robbins’ family office, Robbins Gupta Holdings (RG Holdings), purchased office space at the property to expand the firm’s Miami footprint. Ajay Gupta, who co-founded RG Holdings with Robbins, also bought a penthouse in the building.

“Miami is the epicenter of the Americas, so it is exciting to live in the penthouse of its tallest building and the tallest south of New York City,” Gupta said. “The views and amenities at the Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami are some of the best in the world. I cannot wait to call this incredible building my home.”

The tower, located at 300 Biscayne Blvd., comprises nine spiraling, offset glass cubes. The Residences will offer 387 condominiums and 205 luxury hotel rooms and suites. The bottom three cubes will house the hotel’s amenities, including specialty restaurant Peacock Alley, event spaces and a resort-style pool deck, as well as private amenities for residents, including an owners-only lobby, hospitality suite, billiard room, kid’s club and elevated pool deck.
