A team of developers will break ground next year on the Armani/Casa Residences Pompano Beach, a pair of 19-story condominium towers with 28, single-floor residences priced from $5 million.
Located at 1550 North Ocean Blvd., the development began accepting condo reservations this fall, with Fortune Development Sales handling sales and marketing. Construction is expected to wrap up in 2028.
“This new residential project, the third in the United States, is one of the most exclusive of those I have carried out to date,” Giorgio Armani said in a press release. “I found the integration between the architecture, the natural landscape and the ocean particularly inspiring, and I was excited about the possibility of working for a demanding clientele, being able to convey my vision with complete freedom.”
Each unit will have two or three parking spaces, wraparound terraces, 10-foot ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows, Armani/Casa kitchen cabinets and smart home systems.
Community amenities will include a resort-style pool with cabanas and sundeck, 45-foot oceanfront lap pool, outdoor summer kitchen with bar, fitness center, spa, children’s playroom, business lounge with meeting space and media room with golf simulator and virtual gaming.
The development team is comprised of SP Developments, Vertical Developments, WellDuo and GCF Development. G3 Architecture designed the towers, while landscape architect West 8 designed an open-space park that will surround the beachfront complex.
