Former Cervera Real Estate agent Juan Carlos Tobon has joined PMG Residential as senior executive of new development sales.  

With over 16 years of industry experience, Tobon specializes in luxury pre-construction and real estate sales. Over the last 12 years, he has participated in the sales of over 520 condominiums and has been recognized as a top 1% sales agent nationwide. 

Tobon has sold residences in numerous South Florida projects, including Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami, Bay House Miami, Natiivo Miami, E11EVEN Hotel & Residences Miami, E11EVEN Residences Beyond, West Eleventh Residences and Aston Martin Residences.
