Residential developer PMG recently acquired 900 Intracoastal Drive in Fort Lauderdale to develop Sage Intracoastal Residences Fort Lauderdale, a 28-story, 44-condominium tower.

Each floor will have two flow-through residences. The property sits on 200 linear feet of Fort Lauderdale’s Intracoastal Waterway. The Fort Lauderdale Planning and Zoning Board approved the project in October.

The development will offer fully finished, three-bedroom-plus-office and four-bedroom residences starting at 3,191 square feet. Homes start from $3.5 million. Fort Lauderdale-based FSMY Architects designed the project, which features interiors from BAMO. Nir Perets, Jaime Cristancho and Ron Laviv of PMG Residential will handle sales.

Community amenities will include steam, sauna and cold-plunge areas; a fitness studio; waterfront resort-style pool with cafe and lounge area; water-view bar and lounge; and private cabana suites.

“Closing on 900 Intracoastal Drive marks a pivotal moment in the development of Sage Intracoastal Residences Fort Lauderdale,” said Dan Kaplan, managing partner at PMG. “This extraordinary property’s prime waterfront location, offering unparalleled Intracoastal and ocean views protected in perpetuity, is a rarity in today’s market. We are committed to delivering a premier luxury living experience to complement the outstanding location.”
