Dawn McKenna’s Christine Lutz to lead sales at downtown Naples redevelopment, The Avenue

by John Yellig

Christine Lutz, the national director of sales and marketing for Coldwell Banker’s Dawn McKenna Group, will lead sales for The Avenue, a highly anticipated mixed-use redevelopment in downtown Naples.

Lutz, who oversees the Dawn McKenna Group‘s new development division, has run sales and marketing for more than 55 new residential developments across the U.S. The Dawn McKenna Group is Coldwell Banker’s leading real estate team in the Midwest, Southwest Florida and Park City, Utah.

Located on 5th Avenue between 5th and 6th avenues and 9th and 11th streets, The Avenue will comprise four buildings situated around a center plaza at the entrance of Old Naples. The buildings will feature a mix of high-end retail and hospitality spaces on the ground floors with 50 residences above.

Designed by MHK Architecture, homes will range from two to four bedrooms and are priced from just under $3 million to $8 million. Amenities will include rooftop pools, fitness centers and club rooms.

Reservations will be accepted soon, with official sales beginning January 2025. Construction is set to begin next year.

“The Avenue offers the perfect seasonal or permanent home for those seeking a sophisticated urban experience in a coastal community lifestyle,” Lutz said. “The Avenue offers proximity to the best of Naples’ luxury shops and fine dining, beaches and cultural attractions, but is also ideally situated to some of the area’s finest golf clubs. We’ve received an incredible response ahead of our official launch and are taking names for our interest list.”

“Christine and I are thrilled to support The Avenue, which will offer unparalleled luxury living that is synonymous with Naples,” Dawn McKenna added. “Christine’s deep experience in pre-production planning, sales strategy and marketing from concept to closing will no doubt be an asset to the project.”
