OneWorld Properties recently hired real estate veteran Uri Vaknin as senior vice president of strategy and innovation and communications professional Rebecca Ponce Eidelstein as senior vice president of marketing.
Vaknin, a New York native, has over 20 years of experience in real estate sales, marketing, development and operations. He previously held leadership roles at Beechwood Homes and KRE Capital, managing luxury projects and a $450 million Las Vegas portfolio, respectively.
“OneWorld’s focus on new condo developments aligns perfectly with my expertise and passion,” Vaknin said in a press release. “While recent years have posed challenges for real estate, now is the time to plant the seeds for future growth. I look forward to expanding our targeted approach to condo sales into new markets and growing the business together.”
Ponce Eidelstein, a Miami native, most recently led the marketing team for Tim Hortons US at Restaurant Brands International, managing marketing strategy, media and brand positioning. She has also worked on marketing campaigns for Burger King, Vice Media, Univision Communications and Translation LLC.
